Terrible customer service and rude staff. When calling for a respray they act like it's our fault pests are coming back. Often scheduling weeks out. They said they sent a termite renewal letter, which was not received and canceled the termite bond without calling. It costs a bunch of money to switch companies. We need a reliable company that works directly with a management company. Leslie made it clear that is not them. My opinion is this company is not worth the hassle.
