I was referred by a friend after I told him of my frustration in finding a local company to remodel my original 1966 BBQ that was built with my house. Leland referred me to a excellent contractor and we worked together to put in a new grill and side burner. He is very knowledgeable on all grills the pros and cons. I could not be more happy with the finished product. Excellent JOB!!

I've had 2, great experiences with All Valley - wanted to re-publish them on Manta due to Yelp's poor reporting practices... 4/25/2012 Another GREAT product from All Valley BBQ... a few months ago, we purchased a gas logs for our fireplace (on Jan 22, 2012) - they did a wonderful job of installing and informing me of how to use the logs. So... came back in May to purchase a grill as a surprise anniversary gift for my husband. When I went to the store, Leland thoroughly explained my options. Today, Tristan arrived to set it up, then taught me how to use it - as well as shared some super grilling tips and recipes. My husband was thrilled to see his anniversary gift when he got home. Again - you guys deliver the best customer service with exceptional products (which is why I returned to purchase a grill). If we find room for a hottub someday - we'll be back! All Valley has been excellent and we’ve purchased two bbq packages from them and had them build one island at our Rancho Mirage home – the other bbq package was sent to us in Camarillo so we could install it at our other home. From the beginning, their prices were better, they were open to discussing layout and design with us at our home, and they’ve been a joy to communicate with after the sale. Further, we purchased gas logs at All Valley for homes in Camarillo and Seattle, WA. The logs are the finest quality and best price we’ve found anywhere. We purchased a fireplace insert at All Valley and had a great experience. The "Big Cheese" was knowledgeable and offered us a terrific price. The customer service was fabulous and the installer efficient, and actually early for the installation. We highly recommend All Valley!

We needed our bbq cleaned after many uses for over 10 years. After calling for an appointment at our time schedule, the service gentleman (and he was a gentleman) worked for 1 1/2 hours and did a fantastic job of cleaning. Had a great experience with Leland and All Valley BBQ! I was looking to replace a 15+ year old Turbo, and found the All Valley website, which contains detailed information on a large number of BBQ brands. I emailed Leland for some advice, and received even more information to help me think through options. Ultimately I selected an AOG, and Leland personally delivered it to my house. When I discovered I had made some mistakes in the order, Leland was extremely understanding and reasonable, and within a week or so had made a second round trip to replace part of the order. Everything was exactly as advertised, and I'm very happy I stumbled onto their website.

This company is just fantastic. My husband and I had purchased our home through a foreclosure and we were left with 'holes' in our bbq structure. All Valley and two other companies came out to give us bids. All the companies gave us nice bids, but All Valley's prices on the same items were a few hundred dollars less. We confirmed with them the products and decided to go with All Valley, hoping that the price difference was accurate. They did exactly as they said and even hooked-up the gas line, which was not in our agreement. Just a terrific company to work with, and Tristan was a pleasure to meet - he even fixed our fireplace! We absolutely recommend All Valley and can't say enough about them.
