Poor service, aggressive owners. They demanded after we paid them to allow them to move several other homes first before getting to our families home. We said no and they became hostile, aggressive, and cursed like a sailor. Had to have an attorney have us get them to finish and leave property. Looked into filing a protective order over the attacks we received for not allowing them to stonewall us.
