The first time I visited Perfection Tire & Car Care was in 2007. I had just moved from Washington, Dc to North Carolina and did not know any Auto Service Stations to visit when my car needed service. Someone took me to Perfection to have service done on my car and from that day forward, I've only taken my cars to Perfection. What sold me from day one was their "Honestly". They do not try to rip you off. If they tell you something about your car... believe it's the truth. Next, their labor charge per hour is 'OUTSTANDING", you will have to visit the shop to find out what I'm talking about. Finally, "Customer Service", is excellent. I've recommended several people to take their vehicle to Perfection for service. This is the only Shop I use. On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being the highest), I would rate them 9.5. You have got to visit them the next time your vehicle needs service. Sincerely, Tim Williams January 30, 2012
