Bad experience. Called long distance from NJ to order flowers for my Grandmother's birthday. The woman who answered the telephone had another customer so set the phone down on the counter to finish helping them. I didn't mind that at all, however, after listening to her conversation and jokes with the customer and other workers for 12 minutes I finally hung up to call back. The phone line was busy for several minutes. When I was finally able to get through and the woman answered again I explained what had happened and that I was unhappy I was left for over 10 minutes while calling long distance. The woman's reply..."Sorry" then she hung up on me. I called another local florist who graciously helped me place my order. Won't be using this florist for any future orders! Do NOT recommend!
