This is a horrible place to work! They treat their employees like second class citizens. They preach one thing, but act completely different. They will make all sorts of promises to you, but not fulfill a single one. The management here is some of the worst I've ever worked with. MICRO MANAGERS to the extreme!! BEWARE!!! Do not work for this company! You will regret it and spend your entire employment trying to find a new job.

What a joke! I feel like I should make people aware of the fact that this place discriminates based on religion and sexual preference. I have never felt so belittled, put down or poorly looked upon as I did while employed at Strategic!! They made my life miserable!! And the managers are all the same…

What a joke! I feel like I should make people aware of the fact that this place discriminates based on religion and sexual preference. I have never felt so belittled, put down or poorly looked upon as I did while employed at Strategic!! They made my life miserable!! And the managers are all the same, and get some sick satisfaction of making sure you know that you are beneath them. Yet they try to present themselves as caring about their employees! Ha! What a joke! Getting out of there was the best thing I did!!
