Milton Housing Authority and the persons associated with it including but not limited to: James Peterson, Jack Hatfield, John Hathaway, Candy Steels, Its Commissioners, Its Committee Members , Its Manager, and Its Agents operates Milton Manor, located at 1315 Smith Street, Milton, West Virginia, apartment complex for the elderly and the disabled. Milton Housing Authority and the said persons are governed and regulated by FmHa Requirements, by Federal Requirements, and by State Requirements at Milton Manor. Milton Housing Authority and the said persons receives Federal Subsidies on the behalf of the tenant[s] at Milton Manor. Tenant;[s'] receives Federal Rental Assistance at his or her apartment at Milton Manor. Milton Housing Authority and the said persons are required to follow and comply with all FmHa Regulations, with all Federal Regulations, and with all State Regulations at Milton Manor. However, Milton Housing Authority and the said persons has willfully refused to follow and comply to these regulations at Milton Manor as set forth for them. Their Business Practices at Milton Manor, has been in direct VIOLATION [s] to FmHa Regulations, to Federal Regulations, and to West Virginia Regulations. THEREFORE, as a direct and proximate result of Milton Housing Authority and the said persons NONCOMPLIANCE to them there are : OUTSTANDING COMPLAINTS filed against them with Federal Agencies and with Consumer Protection Agencies .
