e completed a job for Michael in Colorado. after the completion of the job we have since been ghosted. No response to phone calls or emails anymore. Clients beware, your property will get liened if you hire M.D. Collins as your G.C. Subcontractors. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I guess it takes burning some subcontractors to feed and spoil a wife and 8 kids

I would give ONE star if I could. SUBCONTRACTORS AND OWNERS ALIKE.... BEWARE. This GC only pays Subcontractors that LIEN the job. If you are a sub, I beg you not to work for them. We did the Champs in Jax, FL for them. They were very nice during the job. Once we were done, and they owed us money, not one return email or voice mail.... as they have an ANSWERING MACHINE. If you do not have lien rights,,,, they STEAL your money and never pay you. I am the 3rd lien on the building.
