We did the Champs in Jax, FL for them. They were very nice during the job. Once we were done, and they owed us money, not one return email or voice mail.... as they have an ANSWERING MACHINE. If you do not have lien rights,,,, they STEAL your money and never pay you. I am the 3rd lien on the building.
