I was recommended to use these guys awhile ago and I 100% recommend this company to EVERYONE! The workers are very good at communicating as well trust worthy and they share their knowledge with me so I can understand why or what's going on as well they inform my tenants which takes so much stress of me. My property and 2 other property's uses this company for 4+ years and never had no issues! I immediately get relieved when i hear they can be there the same day which is why I will continue to use them and they are very flexible with my tenants schedules which is very important to me. If there's a small mess before they came due to the issue after doing the job they've always cleaned it up which is such a big help. I want to thank you guys for always taking care of me and my tenants and getting the job done. Now If you want a drain cleaning and plumbing company to always trust THESE ARE YOUR GUYS I can't express that enough. Any workers that show up put there all into the job. Every question you ask they answer! if the workers or mr raymond sees you are stressed out they will make you feel better within a minute and will explain and address your concerns with the issues and try to make you laugh which is one of the things I love about them.. god bless you all!

Universal Drain Cleaning- Recommended 110 % . Always pick up calls / text. Always gets the job done right and affordable no doubt! Ray always gets back to me with and answers. This company has BLOWN every other company in New Jersey away.. if you NEED PROFESSIONAL WORK these are YOUR guys! The Men have always been completely Respectful and have always came in with positive light no matter what night or day. I had Universal Drain Cleaning come to my home to snake my kitchen sink, there service was amazing. I called and they serviced me the same day. The tech was on time and respectful. The tech put on shoe booties so my floor wouldn't get dirty. The tech explained the problem and snaked my sink. Tech cleaned up the job and my sink is working perfect. I would call them again for service.

Horrible company wrecked my basement didn't fix problem whole time the owner Raymond was screaming at tech calling his wife fat and telling him he's not a man ..

Adam and his crew couldn't have been more helpful. They told me they would be at my house in one hour and we're there in less. My drain was completely clogged universals menhad to remove my toilet snake the line. they took care of the problem they cleaned up and you didn't even know they were there I haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend this company. I have called the other companies and their prices were outrageous. Universal had very fair prices and the crew was well mannered

The worst company ever...the worst services ever....Are provides by the group of looters in universal drain cleaning, LLC. Stop yourself before you mess up your problem more by these unprofessionals. Very rude people to talk with. I will never recommend this company to any one. Please save your house,n save your money and go to someone else who are accredited with BBB. In fact you can demand your home warranty company to send someone accredited with BBB for more safety.
