First of all, Let me start by saying I am not giving this place 1 single star, this place does not deserve it. Now, to the point.. When I moved in to Blanchester Friend's it was not bad at all, management was great and most of the people living there were great, when the new management took over this place went down hill and is still going down hill. All they care about is the money that HUD/Secti
on 8 pays, drugs are running rampid, such as herion, meth and so on, but noone will do anything about it and it is as obvious as looking out your living room window and watching drug deals go down in the parking lot pretty much on an hourly basis. There are break-in's to vending machine's, fights in the hallway's, your vehicle being vandalized, gas stolen out of your tank and on several occasions to several cars, of which are on camera and still nothing is ever done about it! All I wanted to put out here is the truth about this place and warn people that if you are concerned about your saftey and well being DO NOT MOVE HERE! because you will get no sympathy out of management or the Blanchester Police Dept.
