Buyer beware! I thought I got a good deal with them but the hot tub has never stopped leaking! I should have realized that I paid for an older tub and should have expected that. Leo did take the tub back to his shop and "Fix" the leaks then decided to spray expanding foam under the tub and made a mess! He actually left the foam can in there too!!! I just noticed yesterday that I think he also removed the supports that hold the tub to the bottom carriage(dont know if intentional). I can not recommend this company to save my life! They are nice people but I had a horrible experience and I want to take them to small claims court for my money back!

I like dealing with small business especially if its operated by familly. Loved their customer service & their prices. Leo didn't over charged me on service call like the other big spa dealers out there did in the past. He was very fast, professional, & took care of the problem right away.

Outstanding service and great selection of Spas. I bought a Spa from Leo a few years ago, no problems, great product and great price. I have even gone back to Leo for a "tune-up" on my heater and electrical wiring. I highly recommend NW Skirts and Spas.
