I placed a large order with Foster's Imports in December 2019 on their online website. While I received most of the items, I have not been able to contact them via phone. - After the delivery, I needed customer service assistance because one of the ordered items arrived broken, and I have some additional questions. The broken item was $125.00 out of an order of over $1000.00, and I have had no reaction from Foster's Imports. Recordings on their answering machine for sales, customer service department and billing sound upbeat and connect with the private cell phone of Nick Foster. The promise is that you will be called back as quickly as possible after leaving a message. - It has been over 4 weeks now that I contacted them initially and I have left messages several times but have not received a single call back. - They are not affiliated with the BBB and at the BBB there are already two complaints on record that say the same thing.
