Chris the owner came and repossesed the septic pump he installed without my consent while I was not home because he refused to provide me with the warranty and invoice for the pump which I was waiting for before I paid for it. He refused to work with me or meet me anywhere--very rude man and his receptionist has a bad attitude also...I would NOT use this company!!!!! He wouldn't give me the warranty because it was probably a rebuilt pump instead of a new one!!!!
