I ordered a saddle on July 2, 2012. I have repeatedly tried to reach the company by phone and email with no response. I have left numerous messages on Linda Roes phone and no response. I contacted my credit card company and no charges have posted as of yet but I cancelled my card and my order. I was very alarmed by the other post on this site that stated her order had been placed in January with no response. I agree something does not seem right. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I ordered a saddle on 1/3/2012. I am not able to get a hold of anyone at Roe Sales. I have tried phone numbers listed as well as contact email. I have left my number - both cell and home with no response. Seems like a shady business to me.

I totally agree! seems very shady, I have e-mailed and called both numbers numerus times and never got any response or call back. I ordeded a saddle and never heard anything. I ended up cancelling my credit card after 4 weeks of never getting ahold of anyone at the company. Thank goodness they didnt charge anything yet. I DO NOT RECOMEND anyone use this business. Try horse saddle shop instead!
