I Bought a 2009 GMC Acadia 118,000 Miles for $6000 from them on 3/11/20. I brought back the vehicle under warranty Monday 3/16/20 because of a clunking noise in the front end every time I made a left or right turn. Four days later I received no phone call for an update on the status of my vehicle even after i left several messages and made multiple attempts to contact Debbie. Finally Fed up with being ignored, I drove 45 minutes from my home to get an update on what was going on. I showed up and was told that there so called "Mechanic" (Who happens to be one of there salesman) heard no noise when he test drove it. Debbie said she had new tires and brakes put on the vehicle for me and that was all they can do. I remained calm and respectable throughout the entire process to get my vehicle back in my possession. As soon as I turned out of there parking lot. I hear the noise once again. I drove an unsafe vehicle 45 minutes back home praying it would not brake down on the highway. Thankfully it did not and I got home safely. All in All, There is no way that they test drove my vehicle during the 4 days it was back at there shop and if they did. They chose not to honor the "Warranty". My tires and brakes where not an issue and should not have been replaced. I paid $6000 for a vehicle that now needs additional work done to be operated safely. Debbie does not care about your safety or your children's safety and will pretend to be your friend until you give her your money. Then she shows her true colors and will do anything in her power to ignore the fact that they sold you a vehicle that is not safe to drive. I hope this review helps people to decide to go elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle. I have read multiple reviews on different platforms and the majority have the same experience I have had or worse. UPDATE: Turns out that after having the vehicle inspected by a Real local Mechanic. The issue turned out to be the Differential Which cost me an additional $2000 More. So I have $8000 total invested into my vehicle and that's before my first oil change and tune up. I do not recommend this place. Stay away Unless you want to pay thousands more in repairs after driving the vehicle right off there lot !!!
