Don’t give this shop your money‼️🚫 This place is unprofessional the owner complains about his personal problems all the time. Originally in May 2020 we paid $2400 for our vehicle to get fixed. He kept our car for a month. Our car broke down on the side of the road in July 2020 we got it towed to his shop. Then he quoted us $1300 kept the car for two weeks. After waiting for two weeks I called for an update he made excuses blamed it on his personal problems, why our car wasn’t getting worked on. So I decided to show up at the shop to see what was going on? Our car was not getting worked on at all. He could not explain to me what exactly was the problem after having our car for two weeks. We decided to take our business else where. We had to get our car towed out of the shop because it was not drivable. He demanded to get paid $650 or he was going to keep our car. He price gauged us $650 for a fuel pump & labor when that part is only $300.00. Again our car wasn’t DRIVABLE AT ALL!!!! He yelled at me he said next time I should buy a better car! He was agitated when I asked simple questions on why certain things got replaced yet the car wasn’t drivable. He could’ve been honest and said he couldnt fix or find the problem. I would’ve been happy with honesty. Instead I got ripped off. His assistant kept laughing the whole time I was talking to the owner. He refuses to answer questions on what he fixed doesn’t give out an itemized bill on what each part cost. THE NEXT MECHANIC I TOOK MY CAR TO Actually got my car to run smoothly & didn’t charge me as much as Ellis!! During these difficult times people like this shouldn’t be in business! It’s sad & heart breaking because I have a family of 6 we could’ve saved this money to take care of something else.

Jessica please don't lie about my boss he never touched your motor mount since he had no reason to go under your hood we have every single invoice and work order on your vehicle so don't fabricate some garbage to make us look bad that is called slander and defamation of character and if we wanted to we could file a law suit since we have the proof. If I recall the last time you came to our shop you had your husband and nephew with you one of which you claimed was a mechanic so why didn't you have him work on it??? Why bring it to us?? And we didn't nor do we ever price GOUGE yes the part was MORE than $300 and the labor to put it in because time is money. We charge what we do because our parts are quality parts that come with a warranty as does our labor. Our customers like us prefer quality over quantity. They prefer quality and good service and they get just that. He always discusses pricing with the customer and gets approval before her does ANYTHING aside from check it out. Again yes the part was 300 but what he's suppose to do the work for free?? he is an honest mechanic again I ask WHY DID YOU NOT HAVE THE SO-CALLED MECHANIC YOU BROUGHT WITH YOU TO TRY AND INTIMIDATE HIM AS THE 2 GUYS YOU BROUGHT WITH YOU WERE TWICE THE SIZE OF MY BOSS AND YOU HAD ALREADY BECOME WILDLY UNREASONABLE WHICH IS WHAT CAUSED HIS IRRITATION/AGITATION WITH YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE FIX THE CAR? WHY DIDN'T HE FIX IT AFTER YOU BROUGHT IT TO US AND THEN PICKED IT UP? OH THAT'S RIGHT CAUSE HE WASN'T ACTUALLY A MECHANIC YOU THOUGHT THAT IF BROUGHT 2 GUYS TWICE THE SIZE OF MY 5'4" 145 LB BOSS WHO HAS HAD CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE WITH YOU THAT HE WOULD COWER AND IS THE ONLY REASON THEY WERE WITH YOU WHEN YOU CAME TO GET YOUR CAR. so let me say this 1 more time IF YOU CONTINUE TO SLANDER AND DEFAME MY BOSS AND HIS CHARCTER THUS DAMAGING HIS REPUTATION WE WILL CONTACT OUR ATTORNEY!!! Your family of 6 really can't afford that I suggest you ma'am cease and desist your slanderous accusations unless you have proof to back up your slander....... thanks
