I can't say enough great thing about this company. I had a excellent experience with the Henrietta location , great customer service and communication. Everything was exactly as it was desribed. Units are clean and secure. My security deposit was credited the next morning. When i pulled in to return my unit keys Bob was outside wiping down the doors to the units!! Awesome people to rent from. Thank you
