the fireplace is in a rental house where the tenants has burned pine wood for 2 years
creating a large buildup of creosote. Two very considerate young men came today on time, got right to work putting down protection cloth on the carpet and area.
Then up on the roof to clean from the top first while the second worker started removing the built up creosote in the fireplace., The use a large vacuum to catch all the dust & soot. Leaving the room cleaner than when they came.
They also inspected the chimney for safety & said if there are any problems please just call and they will be back next spring to check on the fireplace.
Service like that is like the older people that cared did, I'm very pleased.
