Signature Pools, inc of Orlando, Fl treated our family extremely horrible! On 1-27-14, we called Signature Pools, inc and spoke with Zach. We emailed him our pool design ideas and he called back and stated he was too busy to work with us so he passed us on to John Salzer. We resent our designs to him. John called after reviewing them and we spoke regarding our design, budget, and how we were definitely open to any and all suggestions for a family pool to be within our cash budget. John proceeded to be extremely rude, disrespectful and degrading to us and claimed he would not be our pool builder and had not one ounce of willingness to build a $50,000 pool for us. He stated that he can pick and choose who he wants to work with because he has a lot of years in the pool business and he doesn't need our money. We have never been so embarrassed, humiliated and degraded by a company in our lives.
