Bob Kaiser of Pool Medic in Surfside is a con-artist. He will take advantage of the fact that you aren't there to monitor your pool and charge you for false repairs, excessive charges for chemicals and services. This happened to me and I happened to "catch him" at it. He is ill-tempered and when you question him or confront him with anything, you will find out. It was his bad temper that ended up harming him in the end, when he lost his temper with me, he admitted that he falsely charged me to "repair" a leak in my pool, when there wasn't one. The problem was really caused by neglect to fill my pool when it needed it. He did the same thing to my neighbor. All I can say is beware!!!
