Okay Holiday weekend-actually this is the holiday (memorial day.) My husband goes in this morning to get chemicals, etc. and buys two new hoses. Gets home - one hose is fine. The other one starts spraying water from the seam. Okay no problem. Put the old one back on, hop in the car to exchange defective hose - with receipt. Kids at counter remember him (it had only been 2 hrs) but the older guy comes out and claims we never bought it there! We were obviously lying as they don't sell 'that' particular hose. Even though we had receipt etc. Finally gave us a new hose (we weren't asking for money back) but basically he was ready to follow us into the parking lot saying we were liars! (We HAD been customers there for over 20 years -- not any longer.) WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! STAY AWAY!
