This guy came off with a southern charm that turned into a overbearing preacher that turned into a power thrusting sickness that resulted in a brutal end. We posted a $5000 Bail for a $500 Fee and a $2000 refundable deposit. After the 54th court indicted my wife six months later he asked us to come in for a Post Indictment Walk Through. Apparently the 54th issues a Post Indictment Warrant that requires you to go through the booking process twice even though she hadn't stood in front of a judge since the magistrate gave her bond. This was a devastating nightmare We called EVERY week but he became more and more intolerable. Complained that we should be taking more of an interest of our case and asked why we were not calling in more! Even though we we just were following what he asked. My wife would call him and get his voice mail, leave a message and call back and she would be scolded for five minutes about how hes so busy and she shouldn't be calling repetitively and that her actions could lead to her bail being revoked. Then at times he would conveniently just answer and tell us to TEXT HIM! and go on and on and on about how his job is so difficult and we just didn't understand how valuable his time is and how he was just stretched so thin and that all he got in return was everyone calling him 24/7.
