In Balance Accounting did NOT fulfill the services requested and everything that was done was always “double checked” which meant twice the amount on my bill. Passwords were changed after I requested them to go somewhere else and workman’s compensation was not properly paid and I had to play catch-up. The staff tried degrading me for asking questions and a lot of them couldn’t provide answers to me the majority of the time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this facility to have important accounting services rendered. They also denied making any mistakes and said it must have been someone else’s fault. I would rather deal with a credible company who can admit flaws so that they can correct them and be a better company from the corrected knowledge.
