This guys is terrible. We signed a contract with him in April for a new patio. He was suppose to start the work 60 days later. June 15th came and went. We gave him a 50% down payment. We asked him several times between June 15th and the end of October to come and do the patio. He always had an excuse. At the end of October we asked for our money back - he said he did not have our money and has given us not time frame as to when we can expect to see our money. Never use this guy.

I signed a contract with AC&M a few months ago.. Suter continues over and over again to delay the start of my work, and rarely returns calls. I am very unhappy to find your reviews, M. Hunt & Ms Nolan.. Did you press charges? Have you received a refund? This man needs to be taken out of commercial circulation finally. Would you be willing to press charges? I agree with some of what was said. He gave me a quote, took my deposit, had the job started a few months later (late) by others and did an okay job. Made mistakes in his craftsmanship and claimed he would fix them. It's been almost two years and he avoided calls, emails and written letters. The project that was completed is subpar and falling apart. Use someone else!
