i was asked by a litgow , an attorney from cedar rapids to appear at small claims court in plymouth county in a credit card bill of 600.00 plus alittle more that occured in 2010 and all but maybe $80.00 was interest so i had glen metcalf my lawyer from moville handle and electronic send the paper work to cedar rapid and maybe the small claims court as i have been on disability since 2005 where i worked for about 23 year s as a pharmacist until i became very disabled -open heart surgery. caregiver to now divorved wife who has a traumatic brain injury. foot surgeries where i was in a wheel chair, carotid arttery surgy in 2011, 2 heart attacks with 3 stents in 2012-2013 and a defrobillator/pacemaker but in on 05/14/13. i had ot pay alimony to my wife, put on disability wsince 2005 and many times need financil help from my stepson in waterloo. i have had meals on wheels, ive by the nursing home in assisted living and have a home health care nurs and bath aid and a person to give me a bath on a weekly basis. i think i dont need this note but worry about not showing up to the small claims court. i drive on mostly very short trips and usually have a driver take me to my appointments 90% of the time and on very rare occasuions when i feel okay drive distances of say 150 miles but need days to do this. my heart is so bad i get short of breath sometimes just going out to the mailbox. my lawyer said this was all taken care of iand i wouldnt have to apear to small claims court to the cr
