I've been to a lot of banquet halls/event places in NC. First of all, this place was immaculate. Everything from the outside to the inside. I attended a wedding there this weekend and the decorations were breath taking and not overdone. The food was really good, a lot of places over season things but not here - there was more than enough food and those that wanted it were able to have seconds. The staff was attentive and friendly. One even went as far as to stop what she was doing and offered to take a photo for me so I would be included in it. You will not find a better event space in Fayetteville and the building is open and big enough for any type of event. I definitely, definitely recommend this place

One of the worst venues in Fayetteville! The owner Ron is the rudest, most arrogant person ever. He truly made my sister wedding day less enjoyable. He lied about providing appetizers, and when confronted his response was "i guess I dropped the ball". So guests had to sit hungry until dinner time while the bride and groom took pictures. He promised my sister and fiancé they would be able to display their pictures on the screen, and the day of, he "didn't have the right equipment". The staff was rude and mean, literally the staff blinked the lights during rehearsal signaling "it's time to go", and they wouldn't even turn on a/c for us during rehearsal. The contract stated that they would put table cloths, and all other linen on the table, and we would be responsible for decorating. Well the day before he texted my sister and said they were short staffed and could not provide this service, although it was included in the contract. So my family and I had to come extra early to help the decorator to put the linen on! But hold on, wait! When they arrived at that time, they waited 27 mins before anyone came to the door, and then the person told them they had to take everything to the back entrance bc they are not letting anyone in this way. They wouldn't give people ice, my sister paid an extra $300 for 60 alcohol tickets, and promised the bride and groom would drink free. On the day of, he stated everyone needed a ticket including them and even gave my mom 43 tickets instead of 60 (glad she counted and went back to him for more). The food was terrible, my chicken still had red on the inside!! They started cleaning up at 6:53pm although the venue was booked until 8pm. They literally started clearing tables in the middle of the freaking reception! Tacky! This was the worst and I felt so bad that my sister paid over $4k for a piece of trash! You have been advised and warned, go anywhere else but not this Place!!
