Worst place I ever rented from. Unkempt class D building that hasnt been properly inspected in decades. The landlord refuses to fix things in older units so the tenant gets fed up and moves. This is done so they can get a new tenant in and sharply increase the rent. Landlord also hasn't ordered "Who to Call" poster which legally needs to be displayed to inform more naive or inexperienced tenants of their rights. They also very recently astroturfed the Google reviews page with a slurry of fake reviews. Don't believe me? Check it out for yourself. Take a look at when the positive reviews started vs. the rest of their review history. You will notice a steady influx of bad reviews complaining about some of the same things I'm talking about in relation to how they treat their tenants. The "good" reviews all seem to have been posted within a manner of a few weeks, many being from accounts that have zero other reviews. Notice how there aren't any details given in those "reviews," just a sentance or two saying the company is great. Or, they say things like, "So far, great landlords." You can't possibly know what a place is going to be like upon a first impression. Come on, use your brains and realize it is an incredibly obvious attempt at astroturfing. If there were a way to report it to Google I would, as astroturfing is illegal.

Dirty halls, dilapidated ceilings and no mask policy. Gross.
