DO NOT RENT OR BUY A HOME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!! THE MAINTENANCE IS ALSO HORRIBLE!! I HAVE LIVED HERE A YEAR AND I HAVE HAD MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE MOBILE HOME!!! I HAVE CONTACTED MAINTENANCE MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY HAVE NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEMS, ONLY PATCH IT SO THAT IT CAN LAST A WHILE. THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT GETTING YOUR MONEY!!! I WOULD NEVER RENT OR BUY ANY HOME WITH ARC AND I WOULD NOT EVER REFER ANYONE TO DO SO EITHER!!!!

The Park grounds generally is kept up greatly, however, getting anything fixed is almost impossible especially if it affects their bottom line income. If they can charge you it gets fixed fast but if it is on them - "Good luck." They also make up added charges to the lease every month. "Your lease pymt is like a box of chocolate. You never know what you gonna get" and it's always very high. "I do not recommend. Run away from them."

The community is wonderful except if you need anything repaired. I love the staff for the most part and would renew my lease but many of us are not because even safety repairs dont get done. I have complained and even contacted the district manager and still haven't had a gas leak repaired! Come in guys. If it was your home would you put up with it? If it was your safety would stand for it? Then why should I?
