Team does not honor warranties. Box says 4 years. They will not do anything about it and I have had to file complaints with state authorities for false advertising and theft. Helpdesk Team did absolutely nothing to resolve issues. Both manager Dany and technician WAI were extremely disrespectful saying things like; Learn to read the fine print before you open your mouth, get your facts straight. This is abysmal customer support. These employees should be fired. 1500 dollar card down the drain. DO NO BUY ANY GIGABYTE PRDUCTS their scammers and do not honor their warranties. Called their number after digging forever on the web and got the same nonsense. Their CSR was just as unknowledgeable and helpful as their HD support. MY household will never own another gigabyte product.
