Horrible! Horrible! This company sends out violations for very minor issues..when right around the corner and across the street the lawns are downright HORRIBLE! Very poor lawn conditions...but they pester us for cleaning siding which is easily done. If I receive one more notice (we've cleaned the signing twice on this home that was built almost a decade ago)when I see many lawns with shabby lawns, dirty siding, etc i will take this to the media (Riata Ranch). We do our best to keep our home great looking..lawn great, etc..when there are many eye sores I pass everyday. Our neighbors dog's have chewed up our fence & we've had to place bricks in the holes until we can repair..in Nov we will have been in the community two years in our starter home..what a mistake!
