I have been going to Roberts Small Engine Repair to maintenance my Honda HR215HMA Rotary Lawn Mower more than 2 years. I was not very happy with their service this time. I paid $96.69 for my regular yearly maintenance plus one back wheel replacement; the regular yearly maintenance included the spark plug replacement, oil change, air filter change and sharpened blades. I used my lawn mower twice and the engine stop, it would not restart. I took my lawn mower back to Roberts Small Engine and I told them the problem, they said that if something wrong with the spark plug then they will replace it but if it was something else then I have to pay the service fee of $30 regardless they already charged me the previous maintenance fee for only 2 times that I operated my lawn mower this year. I did not like their service so I took my lawn mower back home to find out what caused the problem. I opened the spark plug and found out they never changed the new spark plug as it showed on my bill receipt. I also found out that they installed NGK-CS6 spark plug last year instead of NGK-BPR5ES as require per the Honda Mower Instruction Menu. NGK-CS6 is little smaller than NGK-BPR5ES (got to use different size of wench). It was worst yet their bill receipt indicated that they used SPKRC12YC to install to my lawn mower. It was so obvious mistake and dishonest mistake. I had little bit hard time to take off the old spark plug because it was not right one for the engine. The good mechanic will know
