During a 5,800+ mile trip from northern Michigan to the west coast we needed an oil change/filter update. During the return trip we found ourselves at Mitchell, SD and the lady at the Visitor information Center reccomended Big-E's. The service was finished quick and complete. I failed to get the name of the tech that did the work and am sorry for that. This is a special thank you to Big-E's and in particular to the "un-named" tech. While headed west (earlier in the trip) we hit a turkey in Idaho and it dislodged the plastic grid in the grill and damaged the AC condensor. After getting checked at a dealership we were given the OK to continue (just without AC working). Upon our return back home and checking over the van I discovered the plastic grid back in place.
