I recommend not using them at all costs. One of their installers (about 5'10, short dark hair, late 20's) picked up my cable box and didn't tell me I needed to sign anything. He never turned it in and I got charged for it. They told me I was lying because he turned in a sheet that said I wasn't home. They will send you to collections before the due date on your bill. They will disconnect your service before their office opens so they can charge you $30 for paying it 3 minutes later (at 9 when they open). They take advantage of the fact they are the only service provider in the area. Now they are offering a protection fee in case their shotty installation comes loose, and they charge you $45 for fixing their poor work if you don't pay the extra fee. Like all companies, money is their number one concern not the customer.
