TERRIBLE!!! I registered for a class only to have it cancelled the day before. I was then pushed into an online version of the class that was horrible. The instructor did the best job that he could with the material he was provided with - but the class is not designed to be taught on-line. I paid nearly $2000 for a specific product that was not even close to delivered. I tried to place a formal request with Pinnacle3 - I made repeated attempts to communicate to Pinnacle3 and never received communication back. I was swindled, cheated,scammed! I will never do business with Pinnacle3 ever again and wouldn't recommend that anyone else does either!
