Bears heating installed my furnace on my new build home and I can't say ANYTHING positive about the company. They have been out 3x to fix a non functioning furnace. Fixed with "superglue". Installed registers with missing parts and not fitting right in the floor and the owner argued over the phone that I'm wrong. When I had the builder company out to see the problem and they agreed that they were installed improperly and missing pieces.

Worst company i have ever had the displeasure of working with did a new home for me and continually wouldn't show up left material everywhere and repeatedly damaged the electricians wires. They are not upfront with anything extremely repulsive and degrading too my wife and other contractors. Demanded payment for months when they were paid in full months in advanced. This is the WORST company and can not stress the importance to potential customers NOT to use them.

I have had an excellent experience with them. My furnace went out , they were there immediately. Customer service was great and pricing is excellent also. Something had chewed my wires and he replacd them. 2 days later the same thing happened and they were out to fix it again. He gave great advice and my animal problem has not been a problem. Thank you.
