Doesn't even deserve 1 star. They Installed our HVAC unit totally wrong. Condensation was not draining properly so it drained all over our ceiling. Woken up by a crash at 2 O'clock to our crash and our ceiling was on the floor. They came out and admitted they installed it wrong and said they would permantley fix it. My husband goes up there behind them to take pictures since we are currently going to sue them, and its "fixed" with bread ties, and rubber bands they moved the drain pan 2 inches. When they came out they had no equipment and asked my husband to borrow tools...... These people should not even be in business.

I have used this company for the past 25 years, they have installed units, repaired units, and came in the middle of the night when wind chill was 15 below zero and my furnace went out...they are the best!!!

I would highly recommend ANYONE and I mean ANYONE other then A&I ALL they worry about is making money off of anyone they can they have people that are fellons working for them people that steal and do drugs as well. It is a known fact that everyone working there pretty much is criminals if you decide to let them do work I wouldn't take my eyes off of them be very cautious

I would recommend you not use A&I to service or install anything, they seem to concentrate on selling you a new system rather than repairing yours, and if they're successful in selling you, they will not service you well at all...
