Don't waste your breath on Gary Raesz. His own sales rep even admitted on multiple occasions that Gary "lacks patience" and is difficult to work with. His employees seem afraid of him - clearly an indication of a toxic and abusive work environment. I unfortunately gave this place my business and it's one of the biggest regrets of my life. They will bully and gaslight you after doing shoddy work. Shame on you Gary Raesz.

I was an installer for gary raesz floors and we never had the material we needed and Gary Raesz owes me over 560.00 dollars and refuses to pay. therefore I had to press theft of services against their company.
