Our staff of more than 25 service technicians operates a fleet of completely equipped service vehicles based at our headquarters. Climate Pros in-house support and administrative team includes dispatchers, who are responsible for logistics and communications with our field technicians; parts managers; dedicated account managers who work with our technicians and clients to insure customer satisfaction; accounting and billing clerks; and our office manager, who supervises the office team. The versatile Climate Pros construction department, which specializes in food distribution warehouses, cold storage facilities, grocery stores, taverns, and restaurants, has the know-how to bring your project in on time and on budget. Our experience and expertise includes design/build projects, where we work closely with the owner to build the facility to the client's specifications. We also install new HVAC and Refrigeration systems in commercial buildings. Our dispatch software provides GPS guided directions and allows us to see in real time where our technicians are and the service call they are responding to, which helps ensure that each job is completed in a timely manner.
