According to the Comm. of MA - Department of Corporations "Northeast Tractor & Equipment , Inc." was incorporated in June of 2009 and Daniel Gardner is the sole Officer. Also according to the Comm of MA - Department of Corporations "Mitch's Repair Service, Inc." was incorporated in October of 1977 and DISSOLVED In June of 2009. Daniel Gardner was also the sole officer of that corporation. Both Corporations are listed with the same address, both have the same phone number, and both advertise the same services, and family history. The Commonwealth of MA does not have a record of a newly formed Mitch's Repair Service, Inc. Daniel Gardner, under whatever business entity he may be, has had a significant deposit for merchandise he could not and did not deliver, and for services he did not provide for over a year, and has not returned my deposit, nor my Lawn Tractor!
I should have read YELP before entrusting deposit money and my Lawn Tractor to Daniel Gardner (See Northeast Tractor with YELP). If there are any good posts on YELP for "Northeast Tractor & Equipment, Inc." or for "Mitch's Repair Service, Inc." it would be my I belief they were likely submitted by Dan Gardner himself, or or a family member, or an employee, but not a real customer, as his real customers are more likely to post the truth to YELP. Dan Gardner made boastful claims that he could repair my lawn tractor, and that others before him did not know what they were doing. That was over one year ago and I
