On hold for at least 20 minutes trying to obtain a copy of an insurance card. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was told very rudely that they were too bust at the moment and I would have to call back? WTF!?! Not happy.

I agree with Robert valence, it's soo hard to get someone on the phone. One time I was down at TLC and I needed an up to date insurance card so I called the office several times and they kept placing me on hold, by the time they faxed the insurance card to me I missed my appointment and I had to reschedule. Everytime I call to speak to Leon it's a problem to get him on the phone.

Poor customer service, I have a million half inssurance for my limo company and can never get someone to address my needs or follow up. I've had to call last week alone a total of 15 calls to run my new hirea drivers license and it's the next and still no status. Come to think of it no paper work was sent to me describing my policy; very suspicious however the recommendation came by a close friend. Don't invest your money with this company, it's been an absolute nightmare. Signed Currently turning down work and will be out of business in 30 days
