After retireing from his job at the World Trade Center of many years, my husband found a beautiful home in Genoa and we moved here with our (formerly stray) cats, two years ago. Since then, five more little ones have found their way to our door and fortunately, our home is big enough for them all to live indoors, happily and comfortably. However, were it not for Dr. Underwood, it would be a financial strain on us, as we are on a limited income. Dr. Underwood is a gentleman and a Blessing from God. He is so gentle and kind to the animals and their owners. I have never met a veterinarian or any doctor such as Dr. Underwood. He is a rare person who does not appear to be working to profit financially. He is working to care for the animals and the people of this community. His office is full of beautiful animals and good conversation. He knows how to handle his clients efficiently and effectively... the wait is never long. He is assisted by an R.N. and other wonderful, sweet staff. Dr. Underwood of King Ferry, should be and surely will be,remembered for a long time as, "The King of All Veterinarians." If anyone should read this and feel my words are 'gushing', they haven't met Dr. Underwood or been to his office, conveniently located on Rt. 90N You'll see his picturesque estate, red barns/ofc. bldgs. with plenty of parking. Inside, you'll meet happy customers of many years and soon you'll meet the Blessed Angel of the Animals of The Finger Lakes. God Bless Dr.Underwood and staff.
