BEWARE. I regret having to write this negative review, yet my experience and that of others on Google, YELP and Yahoo reviews should serve as worthy notice. Like them, a lot of my things went missing. The reality here is; (1) items go missing, (2) once missing there is no recourse, (3) there is no guarantee if one went to retrieve their things all would be retrievable, (4) the “inventory” is NOT computerized nor reasonably functional, (5) there is no guarantee the amount reported for a sale is true, (6) she holds a consignee’s 50% of sales for 3 months. In sum, I turned over my entire storage unit belongings to Brenda w/exception of a bed too big for her shop & garage-sale level items she rejected to the EBAY seller. When identifying 23 items not listed on the inventory (including gold & silver jewelry), she denied having them until pressed when she affirmed having three of 23 noted. Other than a first check for $291, I’ve lost items & have no confidence w/re to sale prices of what remains. Should Brenda make things right here, I will replace this review w/a positive one.
