We do reverse mortgages for seniors 62 years old and older. A typical client is 68 to 86 although I have had clients from 62 to 99 and all between.
We do reverse mortgages for senior citizens period. Clients must be at least 62 years old. The is a government backed loan product guaranteed by FHA. Everything we do is literally by an act of congress. Congress mandates and oversees FHA reverse mortgages. This program is strictly and exclusively designed for senior citizens.
