This is the ABSOLUTE WORST way to travel! Accommodations are not what is explained at all. The agent tells you one thing and it’s not at all what was told. The boat that we were oruga Liu supposed to be on was chartered then assigned a new boat which was terrible. Food was awful, service terrible, all toilets clogged, aggressive sales people, nothing to enjoy no happy smiling faces. It says a lot when the staff isn’t smiling or giving off any kind of positive energy. Then when you get to your island destination we were told it was an ocean view room, which wasn’t true and the all inclusive resort which wasn’t all inclusive unless you added to your package which wasn’t stated to you, oh and let’s not forget the time share presentation that said to take 90 minutes which actually took 145 minutes. Everything that is said is a complete lie and a SCAM!! AVOID THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!! Nothing but headaches!!

This is the most frustrating way to travel & once I finish my last bonus trip, I will never make the mistake of buying into this farce again. It's a great way to travel if you have nothing better to do than to tour resorts & you call that fun and a vacation, but don't plan to see any sites any where you go. They will tell you that you only have to visit one resort on one of the packages but on the others, their reps will argue with you until you are fed up before giving you your hotel vouchers.
