I have been waiting for nearly 2 years for my 500 dollar refund from my taxes. Apparently Gwendolyn Kerney and her staff arent as interested in sending checks out as they are in recieving them. If you do find it neccessary to claim chapter 13 I would find another trustee to handle your account. This office is grossly unprofessional.
