Took my favorite really old pair of leather boots to this shoe care business ran by owner Norman Randolph. It basically needs new reconstruction of footings. Had seen their street sign and heard from neighbors about his excellent service. Was extremely surprised when he took time to explain the different options that fit my needs at a reasonable cost. He then let me to choose one. Normally, repair shops tell me what they are going to do, or surprise me with the results. These boots have seen four previous repairs in three different area businesses but nowhere was I given the time to discuss comfort and use expectations like here. Great owner. He should call himself a customer care expert. Thrilled to recommend this shop.
