WARNING!!! Do Not Bring your power equipment here to be serviced! No communication, no honesty and total disregard for their customers. Exact words from the Owners Mouths "It's not worth 1hr and 1/2 of my time to call covered company warranty for $125." And "it will be covered by company warranty but you will need to wait on hold and have them call me." All after being given the run around of "Oh, well, it was low on oil." Even though we had done the oil change Right before brining it in. And "There was residue in the carb, there is no gas filter." Even though the gas filter is attached to our gasoline funnel. After doing non paying secretarial work for Wares Power Equipment I was easily able to get through to Covered Company Warranty and successfully have All Service Covered (on a 8 Month Old slightly used $700 Generator). Come to find out the rude owners decided to put in a non warranty non manufactured approved part all because they wouldn't be inconvenienced by waiting on hold. And instead of Proper channels of communication by Calling Me, they instead put on a non covered part, Technically nullifying said warranty coverage. I wasn't given an option on said parts, I was never contacted. They obviously decided I should pay so they wouldn't have to do their jobs efficiently. And even after ALL of the above nonsense, because of my time wasted, the incompetence and lack of honesty from Wares, the gentleman at Generator Companys Warranty center was nice enough to cover my entire bill! Please be aware of these Tactics if you Intend to give this company ANY of your business.
