I do NOT recommend this company, I am completely shocked this company is in business as their customer service is awful. EVERYONE in the office including Mark the owner or whatever he is is extremely RUDE and do not even try to help or explain anything. One person says one thing, the next person says the complete opposite. Their lack of communication has caused me more grief and money than one should have to go thru just to pay an HOA payment and why would I even have to call or communicate with them if they would stop making errors in their accounting CONSTANTLY! It is such a burden in my life that this ended up being the company I had to make HOA payments to. There is nothing to like about them, on top of the list of negative things, you can add that they have no up to date technology or online payments, which would save having to write a check to them every month and them telling me they received it 'late'. It is really a joke at this point. They really are terrible not only as a company but as people in general. I would sell my property if I could JUST to rid myself of NA Shade. It is really that bad.

perfecting incompetence as a business model For 4 months in a row they were not able to correctly process my simple HOA payments correctly (which by the way were sent weeks before the due date), even after submitting proof they tried to use late fees and accumulated interest to push me into making double payments. Even better... an employee had already corrected the mistakes when the owner Mark forced to have it 'un-corrected'. After providing even more proof of their incompetence and when they finally had to admit they screwed up they never took even the slightest ownership for the issue, blaming a third party… all of it well documented in an email trail. I strongly advise to avoid this company at all cost.
