This builder is THE MOST INCOMPETENT person as a builder we have ever come across. He literally did not know anything about the new build house we were about to buy from him. There were so many things wrong in the inside and outside of the house that were either sloppy or just plain out half finished.

Terrible experience with our new home inspection and walk through. Builder could not answer any of our questions and at one point actually said "I didn't build the house, I hired the people who did it" Stay away!! We ended up not buying the home due to water issues and mold found in our inspection on a NEW BUILD.
Terrible Experience. No confidence in builder. BUYER STAY AWAY
