This was our first negative review in 17 years, we pride ourselves in our product offerings and service, but there comes a point were a combination of disrespect and lack of professionalism make it impossible to do business. Making money is important, but not at the cost of peace of mind. Everything was fine at first, but the problems started to come when we tried to collect those "thousands of dollars" you mentioned, I will spare the embarrassing details, but all the products were serviced until their effective date of warranty. Despite the "HUGE mistake" you made, you insisted on wanting to buy more products and services, but we have no obligation to continue doing business with you or Red Pelican. In respect to the attached photos: One of the products you show was not even one of our products and the other product is normal wear and tear from being next to the beach. I sincerely wish your business good luck, based on your reviews; you need it. To make things short this is the reply i got on Google from the owner of this business. First of all he claims it was hard for him to claim the money owed, which is false since we paid every dollar we owed to them. Two, i'm not sure who the "owner" of this business is but i'm very sorry for your first 1 star review in 17 years. That is not my problem. I also see that this is your SECOND review in 17 years. Think twice who and what business you bash in your responses. As for the review for my business how about you let me worry about that and you worry about how to provide good quality products to your clients or customers. I don't think your company is going to last long and you're lucky i don't go and give you another 3 one star review on your google page. You know exactly who i am and you know where to reach me. Please think twice before posting such a embarrassing reply on your end. Also, it's nice knowing that you like to lie to your clients and say the picture i posted isn't your product because it is. Also you failed to mention how even after we paid you you refused to provide us with any help or service. So please, enjoy the rest of your day with your two measly reviews on google and be happy i don't bash you with more.
